What would you do if you were less stressed?
Matt and JP are super friendly and really informative. If you are afraid or worried I have no doubt they will be able to put you at ease.
With the ability to solely focus on visualizing what I would be facing on the World stage before competing, I worked through a lot of doubt and fears.
I could definitely see myself doing this on a regular basis as a way to just sort of escape from all of life’s distractions and just relax and relieve some stress.
I likened it to that of an unborn child floating in the womb…warm, quiet, safe and protected – nature at its finest.
They have created a safe space in the float tank area and being offered a cup of hot tea was a great way to end ones floating experience.
Without any visual, auditory, or kinesthetic stimulation, the only input I became aware of was that of my own thoughts.
